Just click Register. You should receive your race bib, t-shirt and race medal in the mail before race day.

Six kilometers, or 3.7 miles, is the average distance a person in the developing world has to walk to find water—water that is often not even safe to drink. We want to help you make that fact personal by covering that same distance so that someone else no longer has to.

This year, we’re doing the virtually, so the race is wherever you are!

Through World Vision water projects, $50 will provide clean water for one person. Your $50 registration fee goes directly to that! That means every 6K for Water participant equals clean water for another person in a developing country. Kids 18 years and under can register for $25.

However, we realize that times are difficult right now. If you are not able to pay the $50 registration fee, use promo code FCC25 to deduct $25 off your registration fee.

The money raised through World Vision’s Global 6K for Water will help fund water projects in communities where World Vision works.

Yes! Make all checks payable to World Vision and turn it in when you register on race day. Please write “Metrowest 6K for Water” in the memo field

Yes! We want families and children to participate in this event. Children of all ages can register as a participant to run or walk the 6K distance. Plus, kids 18 years and younger get to register for $25!

You can register all the way up to (and on) race day!

If your shirt doesn’t fit, simply fill out this form, and we’ll set you up with a size that fits!

Keeping your time is up to you! We won’t be collecting times but you can share photos from your day on social media.

You can use the web version of Map My Run to map out a run online.

We’ll be starting at 9am, but since the race is virtual you can start whenever is convenient for you! We’ll have a short, pre-race group Zoom “rally cry” to get our racers motivated and excited, and then we’re OFF! Details about the rally cry will be provided closer to Race Day.

During the race, feel free to do Facebook Live, Instagram, Zoom, take a video, or post some action selfies using #faith6krun on social media to inspire others!
